Grab a barbell and try this killer quad combo to build muscle and burn fat 🔥
- 12 alternating squat + back lunge combos
- 20 alternating jump squat + jump lunge combos
(On the last slide: The first option shown is intermediate, the second option is advanced. If you are beginner, remove the jump and do the movement as quickly as you can without weight.)
☝🏽Repeat 3x with 90 seconds rest between each round

If you have used the #fitandthickapp or taken my classes in the past, you know that I put just as much emphasis on plyometrics and HIIT training as I do towards weight lifting.
I’ve found that with my body type, curvy with a thick lower half, this combo of training has helped me achieve and maintain the body I have today.
