The pics show how much of a stretching difference exists between my left handicapped and my right healthy leg. Injuries never happen without reason and I can take it as a wakeup call. I realised that I must learn how to move my muscle, slowly and with full awarness. I feel the pain and keep it safe. This help me maintain full control of those moves which work. Although I follow therapy day by day it's quite likely that my injured leg will never achieve my former stretching pose again.
