#DailyLimit part two, cycle two.
For deep focus on my second training cycle I tried these weekly sessions in order to gain speed and maximum strength:
?2 times bouldering: 6 easy moves on big holds with high speed up and down without legs. 4 times to 2 min rest. Then, about 60 min bouldering containing about 40 % easy to medium and 60 % very hard boulders. I advice to take enough rest before each try in hard moves to be fully recovered. Then, choose 4 exercises on the campusboard with 3 sets to 2 min rest.
?1 or 2 times routes: 6 hard routes with 10 to 15 min rest in between. Note: arms get tired but recover well during the break.
