I was pleased with this seafood focused, Taiwanese-Japanese influenced tasting menu.✨Here are some favorites: the tapioca fritter with uni (it’s like uni crunchy rice) was super creamy and had a strong cheesy aftertaste! The uni balanced the heaviness of the cheesy taste.? I also loved the scallion bread! It was crunchy on the skin and fluffy on the inside. The thin layer of scallions and sour cream spread made it so much better! ?The fried rice with a strong lobster and mushroom aroma was amazing too! The yogurt ball with grape ice shavings and raisins was so refreshing and the combination was on point!
