?補充notes?這家沒有菜單，來吃的客人就是點他們的95美金套餐(Tasting menu)，吃之前他也不會跟你說會上什麼菜，只說是以海鮮為主！有幾道令我印象深刻: 第一道snack plate 裡面的海膽配起司鍋巴飯口感好脆，咬下去後滿滿的烤起司香散發出來。海膽剛好中和起司的油膩感。第二道是他們湯配的蔥油餅麵包，看似簡單的配餐，吃起來不但有台灣家鄉味，麵包外層烤的酥脆，內層軟又蓬鬆，中間還有夾一層鹹青蔥，抹上旁邊的酸奶油讓整個麵包大升級? 再來是他們的龍蝦炒飯，裡面有菇、烤蒜片、龍蝦、青蔥，滿滿的龍蝦香氣十足，真的很想再來一碗！最後就是他們的甜點了！總共吃了10道，有3道就是甜點～第一道甜點中間有一球優格，口感像奶酪冰淇淋，不太會融化，優格味濃郁但非常清爽，旁邊是葡萄冰沙，底層有葡萄乾，整體好爽口，我覺得我可以再吃3個?這家餐廳很隱密，裝潢簡單～上菜速度稍慢。想要再來試看看他們的中午套餐！
I was pleased with this seafood focused, Taiwanese-Japanese influenced tasting menu.✨Here are some favorites: the tapioca fritter with uni (it’s like uni crunchy rice) was super creamy and had a strong cheesy aftertaste! The uni balanced the heaviness of the cheesy taste.? I also loved the scallion bread! It was crunchy on the skin and fluffy on the inside. The thin layer of scallions and sour cream spread made it so much better! ?The fried rice with a strong lobster and mushroom aroma was amazing too! The yogurt ball with grape ice shavings and raisins was so refreshing and the combination was on point! I heard their menu changes once in 2-3 weeks, definitely coming back for more surprises!✨?
