I was here for this pasta and it did not disappoint me!? The texture of the green nori linguine was firm and chewy. Even though the uni cream sauce was relatively less creamy than other uni pastas that I’ve tried before, the lobster and truffle shavings gave the sauce a unique taste! It would be better if the seasoning was less salty. There was a good amount of lobster meat and fish roe! I was here for this pasta and it did not disappoint me!? The texture of the green nori linguine was firm and chewy.
