How we train for strength and size!
Right now my new @fitnessculturetraining Split is-
Push day
Pull day
Lower Body
Day off then repeat.
The first push day is a lot of compound movements. A lot of heavy pressing and working off of my one rep max. Everything we do is designed to get bigger or stronger. We max out week once every 12 weeks during our program. This means we never guess when it comes to workouts, using the correct rep range with the right weight.

1️⃣.Floor Press- 4 sets of 3 reps working at 70% of 1 rep max and continuing up.

2️⃣.Standing Shoulder press- 4 sets of 8. At 70%, 72.5%, 75% and 77.5%

3️⃣.Machine Incline press. 15, 12,10 reps

4️⃣.Seated Arnold press. 15,12,10
Super set with

5️⃣.Upright Rows 15,12,10 * this is not part of the program I added it in for me because it’s a weak point for me
