Chinese steam: coal powered locomotives like this one photographed in 2014 are fast becoming a relic of the past. I traveled to the coal mines of Liaoning in the coldest months of winter to best capture the steam exhaust. Shooting up close to one of these “iron horses” is an adrenaline rush as it bellows, belches and hisses its way down the track. #steam #steamtrain #liaoning #coalmining @natgeoimagecollection

Dedicado a ellas. Para mi!!!! Faltan las más BONITAS👏👏😁😁un 👋 saludo. El

What is incredible is the two ends of the spectrum in China. The fastest modern ones and the steam locomotives as well.
