I remember reading something two years ago about the process of renovating an antique house ... the author stated that whatever your expectations for the finish double or possibly triple those for an accurate completion time ... I can now confirm the accuracy of this statement . but beyond that I’m eager to reengage my conversation with this house, with the train of thought started and abandoned these last months, because it’s a related but entirely different conversation than the one I have with the farm and at this moment that all sounds very exciting and inspiring. I am a forever between person - longing for the city when out at the farm and pining for lungs full of country air while in the city .
