Positivo✨? ? For some reason I felt like combining these two awesome exercises today in a superset (which means doing them back to back without rest) &It felt soooo good!?

Lately I’ve been training with lighter weight and higher reps for my endurance, so 15 reps per exercise for me today??? (4 sets) 1️⃣Bent over row - 2️⃣Romanian deadlift. Have fun trying! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
