🍑🔥 How to use a resistance band for firing up the peach!✨ Many of you probably won’t feel your glutes whenever doing a leg day. Super annoying right? I had it too don’t get me wrong🤷🏻♀️ Until I found out that warming up your glutes BEFORE your workout is a freaking life changer!!!😍 These are called Glute activation movements.
