Haha my pregnancy has no time limit for naps ?, but I have found that a 40 minute timer is about perfect for my naps. It takes a while to actually get comfortable and concentrate on your breathing before you actually fall asleep. If you are one of the lucky ones that can fall asleep immediately, a 30 minute timer may be better for you! Napping for too long can make you wake up feeling worse and even lethargic!
