There will always be points in your fitness journey where you don’t feel like working out, you can’t workout or something simply just gets in the way of your plans.
When something like this happens, it is always good to PLAN to do something else.
For example, this weekend I planned a 30 minute walk at the gym. I turned up to the gym only to realise Tobi and some of my family members were rearranging some of the equipment. I could have easily gone home but instead, I organised the gym kitchen drawers, folded the sports clothes and made sure everything was clean and ready for THIS WEEK. I felt super productive even though I didn’t get to “workout”. There’s always something you can do instead!
