?HOW TO MOTIVATE YOURSELF TO WORKOUT?

the short and simple answer: I don’t rely on it??‍♀️

?I think motivation is powerful, but if you’re not in a motivated state, or in a receptive state (aka: “I want to be motivated”), motivation isn’t going to do much for you

?which is why I don’t wait on motivation. I don’t wait until I *feel* like working out, or until I motivation comes to me

I just get up, and do my training??

?doing the action before I feel like doing it allows me to look back to the moments where I maintained consistency. I use my successful trips to the gym as a reminder and incentive to workout. so in short, I find motivation by the way I am consistent, by the way I see results, and by the promise I keep to myself?

✖️a lil disclaimer: working out does require a degree of intuition. You should never blame yourself for a lack of motivation when you are severely depressed. likewise, you shouldn’t push yourself when you are physically ill. Becoming more self-aware of yourself is super important because it lets us take care of our health in an array of ways. please keep this in mind?
