Give it a go: ➡️ Reverse Lunge (one leg) ➡️ Reverse Lunge (other leg) ➡️ Row & Press (one arm) ➡️ Row & Press (other arm) ➡️ Plank Pull Throughs ✅ I recommend doing 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest and 5 rounds back to back with no breaks.
