Make sure you keep your hips up and press through your heel. NOT your toes.) 3. Kneeling Thrust Press: 15 reps (you should feel this in your quads, glutes and shoulders. The natural squeeze of your glutes at the top will Press your hips forward. Make sure you are not just throwing your hips forward. Stay controlled)
4. Frog Pump Pull Over: 15 reps (you should feel this in your glutes and lats. Keep your elbows slightly flared OUTWARD - not pointed up the the sky. If they are pointed up you will most likely feel it in your triceps versus your lats.) -
