This past year has taught me about the value of time as well as how fleeting it is. When time passes us, we want to grab hold of moments and make them linger just a little bit longer. When moments pass us, we wish we could rewind the clock. Yet while in the moment, it can be challenging to relax and just enjoy it, fully embracing it without the worries of tomorrow or the ghosts of yesterday.
