When was your last vacation and where did you go? ?☀️?

This is my business partner Sheila she contacted me on Instagram over a year ago looking for a change she wanted to get on my transformation program.

Like many people she had tried almost every diet and nothing worked for her. She sent me a DM one day asking about my program. She has no thyroid (Hypothyroid) and wasn’t sure if this could work. In a short amount of time she has had amazing results. She’s lost 10 pounds of fat, gained 8 pounds of muscle, toned up and her body fat went from 38% to 24% she was a size 13 and shes now a size 5.
