Hello again ?? In case you didn’t realise, I’ve been offline for 8 blissful days! I’ve missed you guys but also absolutely loved taking the first proper break I’ve had in years, it was much needed ??♀️ So where was I? I stayed in an eco resort on a remote island 5 hours boat ride from mainland Indonesia. I scuba dived 2-3 times a day. I snorkelled at sunset. I swam with turtles, sharks and manta rays. I read numerous books. I slept 9 hours a night. I ate wholesome plant based food. I made authentic human connections. I didn’t train, I didn’t check my phone and I didn’t feel an ounce of stress. It was pure heaven ? Honestly for any scuba lovers out there, it was the best diving I’ve ever done. The coral reef wasn’t bleached like many places, it was thriving with abundant soft corals and thousands upon thousands of fish ???
