?? Have you ever used weights as part of your cardio? You can run a 20 min HIIT cardio session with weights.

My body is currently pretty accustomed to traditional cardio so I’m switching it up and running a HIIT cardio with 3 basic moves followed by a 1 min beak between rounds.

?My warmup consisted of leg extensions and leg curls. Like I said to start out I want to stick to basic moves for my training.

I did a super set of barbell squats, barbell deadlifts and dumbbell lunges. It's okay to keep it simple and learn proper form. I did reps of 15-20 of each exercise fast paced for my set amount of time. Give it a shot ???? _
