Do you feel like sometimes your reaction to a situation blows things out of our portion? Silence is reaction, breaking things is a reaction and seeking payback is a reaction.

Not every situation needs YOUR reaction though. Some things we can just see it and keep moving. Reactions are energy so be aware how you give that out.

There have been times, many times, I’m glad I didn’t react right away because it wasn’t what I assumed. Had I taken swift action I would have painfully regretted it and lost people I cared about.

Life will hit you, it will punch you right where it hurts, it’s constant. How you choose to react to it will determine your life. I’ve seen people end up in a bad place because of the way they reacted to a stupid situation.

Energy is currency don’t spend it on everyone you encounter. Protect it! I tell myself at least once a day “is this going to affect my life in 5 years?” If the answer is no I give it no energy and no reaction.
