A little surprise for Soho: for our 7th birthday, we’re bringing some signatures from London, Los Angeles, and Tokyo just for this FRIDAY-SUNDAY only. @DominiqueAnselLondon’s Welsh Rarebit Croissant ??(filled with Guinness worcestershire cheddar béchamel, a bit of whole grain mustard, and topped with Fontina cheese - ask us to warm it up for you!); @DominiqueAnselLA’s Peach Crème Fraîche Mousse Cake ? (with peach compote, crème fraîche olive oil ganache, basil, and soft lemon financier cake, finished with beautiful pink ombré white chocolate); and @ドミニクアンセルベーカリー’s Chocolate Hazelnut Hedgehog ?? (hazelnut chocolate praline mousse, coffee milk chocolate mousse, hazelnut dacquoise cake, and chocolate "spikes”) and Matcha Blossoming Latte (our matcha latte with a Sakura cherry blossom marshmallow that blooms to reveal a yuzu bonbon).
