The results of our 1st annual pumpkin carving contests are in. Our DAB & DAK NYC teams, from both the front and back of the house, submitted their own pumpkin carvings and the winner is...our Sous Chef Michael (@michaelwerrell), with his creepy half-pumpkin/half-skull carving. (A shout out to DAB pastry cook Carmen for her 2nd place entry, complete with a mini Cronut pumpkin, and DAK pastry cook Sarah T for 3rd place with her Nightmare Before Christmas pumpkin with pepita teeth). For some of our team, many of whom are from different countries, this was their very first attempt to carving a pumpkin - nice job, everyone! ? #HappyHalloween
