To celebrate our Soho Bakery turning 7 next week, come learn about “Croissant 101” with me next Sunday, Nov 4th from 10-11am, where we’ll have breakfast and I’ll show you what makes the perfect croissant: from the honeycomb crumb, to that flaky golden exterior, and the light and airy texture (think of it as a wine tasting class...but for pastry!). There’s only 20 seats available (hey, we’re still a small bakery), and the best thing is that it’s FREE.
