NYC! Our bakery on Spring Street is turning 7 next week (on Saturday, Nov 3rd to be exact), and it got me thinking about the past 7 years, how we first opened our little shop on Spring Street with just 4 people, all of the pastries we’ve been able to share with you, and all of the amazing people that I’ve been so fortunate enough to meet - from guests from all over the world to our wonderful teams here in NYC and now in LA, London, and Tokyo too. It’s been an incredible ride. Thank you to everyone who has walked through out doors and shared a little something sweet with us.
