SITTING GOOD MORNINGS
This exercise is good for two reasons:
1. It gives a good feeling of deep movement down and stretching of your long deep back muscles. In the lowest point you can touch the bench with your chin. If the goal is to stretch and extend you lumbar you should use a light weight and make your back rounded. When you go down exhale.
2. If you have any issues (injuries) with quads or knees or ankles you can use this drill as a way to load your back muscles. In that case you can use quite heavy load. But you need to hold the bar a bit lower on your traps with a full grip and go down with open chest and arched lower back. On the way down inhale.
