seasonings used:
Flavorgod Cajun seasoning
Flavorgod Himalayan salt & pepper

Ingredients:
?2 - chicken breast
?5 - chicken sausage /or any kind
?1 - onion / diced
?2-3 tbsp - tomato paste
?1/2 cup - tomato sauce
?Few - sprigs rosemary
?1 quart - low salt chicken broth
?2 1/2 tbsp - Flavorgod Cajun Seasoning
?2 tbsp - Flavorgod Himalayan Salt&Pepper
?1 - red bell pepper / rough chop
?1 - green bell pepper / rough chop
?1-2 cups - whole mushrooms
Cooking oil as needed

Directions:
?In large pan with lid, bring oil to medium high heat and Brown sausages in oil. Once seared on all sides, remove.
?Still on medium heat add onion, caramelize onions for 5 minutes. Next add tomato paste, rosemary. Scrape bottom of pan with wood spoon.
?Next add chicken broth, Flavorgod seasoning, again scraping bottom of pan for flavor.
?Add to pan chicken breast and Seared sausage. Bring to boil. Once at boil, lower heat to pan to simmer and cover.
?Cook on simmer for 30 min.
Next remove sausages, cut into 1 inch pieces.
?With 2 forks shred chicken in pot.
Return cut sausages back into pan.
Also add bell peppers and mushrooms.
?Simmer on low for 1 1/2 hours covered to 3 hours. The longer the better? enjoy!

Serve over rice and add more seasonings to taste!
