A lot of people ask me how to cook (boneless/skinless) chicken breast in a pan without drying it out.
Well, first I suggest, instead, chicken thighs ? but if you really want to cook chicken breast, here's my easy tips.
-
1.Flattening the breast so all the chicken is evenly sized allows for even cooking, and eliminates dry chicken.

With pounding flat your chicken you allow more surface area of the chicken on the pan, it makes for quicker and even cooking .

2.Preheat Pan!
Make sure you use a hot pan over medium-high heat. You should hear a sizzle when the chicken hits the pan. Creating a nice sear.

3.Use enough cooking oil. Too dry of a pan will burn the seasonings and chicken.

Cook your chicken till it's brown on the first side, 5-8 minutes, and then flip. One flip is all that's needed, cook till done.
If your chicken starts to brown or blacken too much, turn down the heat and let it cook at a lower temperature.
