My Rib Eye Teriyaki Bowl

I did a quick pan sear on some rib eye steak cubes than I added it to a rice bowl with a delicious teriyaki sauce from scratch.

The Bok Choy was seared in a pan with my #flavorgod garlic seasonings a bit of sesame oil and a splash of rice wine vinegar.

The bowl has:
Pan seared Bok Choy
Soft boil egg
Raw carrots
Rib eye steak
Scallions

Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients:
?4 Tbsp.- soy sauce or (coconut amino
?3 tbsp. - pineapple juice
?4 Tbsp. - Rice wine vinegar
?1/2 Tbsp. - Honey
?1 tbsp. - garlic ( minced
?1 tbsp. - ginger ( minced
?1 tsp. - potato starch *optional
?1/2 tbsp. - #flavorgod garlic seasoning
?1 tsp. - oil ( veggie oil or ghee butter)

Instructions
1.In a small saucepan heat oil.
Once oil is hot add garlic and ginger.
Sautée for 30 seconds than add all other ingredients.
2.Boil for 3 minutes, than turn down and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add potato starch and Quickly whisk the sauce to evenly distribute the starch mixture.
Stir the sauce while it's being reduced to the consistency you like.
