Here’s my Mozzarella Onion Rings

Ingredients:
?1 large onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices / you can use red or white or sweet onion
?1 1/4 cups - gluten free flour
?1 teaspoon - baking powder
? mozzarella cheese - cut into 1/4 strips
?1 teaspoon - Flavorgod Pink Salt Pepper
?1 - egg
?3/4 cup - Panko crumbs
?1 tablespoon - Flavorgod Italian
?Flavorgod Pink Salt & Pepper as needed
?1 quart - oil for frying, or as needed

Directions:
Heat the oil in heavy pan , cast iron to 365 degrees F.
Separate onion slices into rings, and set aside.

Cut cheese into 1/4 thick cuts.
In a small bowl, stir together the flour, Flavorgod Italian seasoning , baking powder and Flavorgod pink salt.

Dip the onion slices into the flour mixture until they are all coated. Next dip rings into egg mix and than using a fork Dip the floured rings into Panko crumb.
Repeat with remaining rings.
Deep fry the rings a few at a time for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove to paper towels to drain. Season with Flavorgod pink salt & pepper, and serve.
