I know the turmoil the diet-binge-guilt-restrict cycle can bring not only on the physical but the emotional and I'm here to tell you it IS possible to stop it, but it starts from within. - One of the major downsides to focusing on looks is the subjectivity of your self-perception. Have you ever “felt fat?” This feeling doesn't only exist for people who are obese, it is something that people with healthy body fat levels also experience. Take me for example, I was 99lbs of malnourished and still didn't feel thin enough. - A focus on health that involves gaining knowledge of nutrition, establishing a daily workout regimen and getting adequate rest on a regular basis can help you establish important life habits that will naturally result in your ideal weight! Part of the process with me is so much more than just a diet and training plan.
