While there are a lot of things I still can’t do... ((back squat, front squat, full clean ??‍♀️)) there are a lot of things I CAN do that are making my lifting improve while working around the injury in my hip. Today was a great practice. 60kg Snatch Pull with a jump, some singles on Snatch Push Press at 80kg and a set of 5 what I have termed mini squats (haha) at 140kg in the video. I am the ?? of the quarter squat gang right now. I’m doing tons of pulls and everything you could thing of to keep my legs strong while working around the boo boo. @aimees2cents with the ? programming #blessed
