Welp, I have officially withdrawn from the competition in Vegas. This was a difficult decision for me to make with my coach, but I am not healthy enough to push my body to it’s max level this weekend and it is in my best interest long term to sit this one out. It was a tough call to make & I am sad, but it is for the best re: big picture. Although it was so super cool to see my name on the rankings list for the world team for the first time, I don’t want to further injure myself knowing there are other competitions to focus on around the corner. I need to spend some time rebuilding myself back up and we are focusing on the 2019 season goals now. I will be back on the platform soon!! Good luck to all of the lifters this weekend & to those ready to bleed for a spot on the World Team - i’m so excited to watch these battles from afar. Go USA! ??
