I am one that so easily runs myself straight in to the ground. When i want something - i want it yesterday, and won’t stop until i get it. But as of late... I plan times to relax, times to be by myself, times to eat french toast and not worry about how many friggin’ calories are in it. If you want to do something epic - it will take time. And you won’t make it to the finish line without self care and self love to allow some moments to be human and recharge. #sundayvibes
