Growth hurts but who you become on the other side of that growth is amazing. ? Every situation you feel is breaking you is actually peeling layers back and exposing this new version on you. ?

?When your going through something rough in life, stop feel it, cry if you need to and feel it. DO NOT get lost in it, don’t quit life and don’t try and mask the pain. Grow through it my love because it will get better! ?
