Leg Day! Although I personally prefer free weights over machines (and not looking like I’m giving birth) - machines are a great way to get comfortable with movements AND just simply switch things up!

Leg press x 20 reps (yes you can just use the leg press machine but there wasn’t one at the resort soooo improv!)
Close Foot Squat to reverse lunge x 10 reps (squat to rev right lunge to squat to rev left lunge is one rep)
Deadlift x 16 reps
Donkey kicks x 16 reps each leg (you’ll want to push through your heels to prevent it from latching when you kick up)
