Not all gyms have these but in case yours does and you’ve never used it - give it a go! These are some of my fave burn outs and finishers! Actually - I like them as warm ups too ??♀️

30 secs each - rest for 30 secs - repeat for 3 rounds!

1. High pulls would be targeting your ‘upper back’ (I set my resistance at 6-7)
2. Laying down would be targeting triceps ‘back of arm’ (I set my resistance at 2-3)
3. Move the lever down and pull to target ‘mid back’ (I set my resistance at a 7-8)
