Why I’m getting off of caffeine☠️:
This is something I do quite a few times per year and it’s simply to give my adrenal glands a break! When I find myself consuming more and more caffeine and ‘hitting a wall’ and feeling lethargic - I know it’s time to take a break for a bit.

Some people like to ween off and just cut down consumption but I’ve always been a cold turkey person so I tend to just cut it out in entirety and just drink water. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Yes, I will get caffeine headaches when I do this and yes it totally sucks - but I kinda just push through it knowing I’ve done it before and it will soon pass and then I’ll feel GREAT!

What I stop consuming: anything with stimulants in it and yes, when it comes to supps that means no fat burners or pre-workouts!
What I have instead: anything that is stimulant free! BCAAs and CLA + Carn are 👌🏼
