Day 2 with ZERO caffeine and somehow managed to pull enough energy out of me for some turf work! When I find myself getting lethargic and upping my caffeine and preworkout intake - I just go cold turkey and let my body take a break. I cut all fat burners, pre-workouts, coffee, energy drinks or anything with stimulants and just drink WATER! The first few days aren’t exactly fun ☠️ but you’ll feel better after day 3 I promise!
