1. How should I serve Champagne?⠀
Coupes and flutes are traditional, but many experts find that vintage Champagne is best enjoyed in a conventional wine glass. Let it warm a little before drinking – if vintage Champagne is chilled, it often doesn’t reveal its full flavour.⠀

2. How should I store Champagne?⠀
Champagne should be stored in the same way as wine: in cool, dark and humid cellars. Good vintage Champagne can last a long time, and will develop a great deal of character – but gradually it will begin to lose some of its fizz.⠀

3. What is a prestige cuvée, and is it worth it?⠀
A producer’s top Champagne is known as its ‘prestige cuvée’. They’re made in small quantities following an exceptional harvest. A good prestige cuvée really is exceptional – you can certainly taste the difference.⠀
