It continues today, further in music and memory. Returning this evening to India through the dripping green tones of faith, the smell of incense as a man kisses the tomb of the 13th century Sufi Saint, Moinuddin Chrishti. That was a night I remember as if yesterday at Ajmer Dargah Sharif shrine near Jaipur, India. A sincere thank you to so many who two days ago kindly reminded me the name of this amazing, beautiful shrine. I have fleeting memory of names unless written, cannot recall a location by title but if walking to it once, years later I can retrace steps. It’s an energy...scents, colors and sounds, the emotion that never leaves us. Carved in our being, reborn each time we remember.
