I’ve been reminded lately of the importance of self care. This is actually why I changed careers and started my blog in the first place. You can read more about this on the ‘About me’ page on my blog ✨
I find it’s always a good time for a reminder for more self love and to take time to nurture ourselves. It is up to each of us to take those empowering first steps to realize the importance of self care. I have found over the years the more I fill my love cup, the more I can celebrate myself and others. And the more I can spread kindness and love to those who need it most.
