Upper chest development is imperative to have a full bodied look yet many of us have issues rounding out their chest. Keep in mind, the body is most aesthetic when developed fully. Developing big strong traps and Rhomboids will help make your chest look wide, long and powerful. Depending on your current routine try increasing the volume of your incline presses and or flyes to further isolate the chest. BE EXPLOSIVE.
