It’s amazing what muscle memory can do in such a small period of time. Two weeks of consistent training and quickly getting back into the groove. Success isn't always about greatness. It's about consistency. Consistently doing the work! That's what leads to success! Take your arms for example, if you’re lacking a pump try incorporating a pre exhaust movement with lighter weight before getting into your routine.
