BUILD BIGGER ARMS - Everyone does pushdowns to get their tricep to grow, but not many take the time to train all angles. For maximizing growth try changing up the angles and focus on each head of the tricep. Shoot for 4-5 different exercises, 4-6 sets with 12-15 reps! Big Volume = Bigger Arms ??

—> ROPE PUSHDOWNS: Isolation movement to target and strengthen triceps.

1️⃣. Attach rope to a high pulley.
2️⃣. With a neutral grip have palms facing one another. Make sure torso is straight and slightly forward. Arms should be at 90 degrees.
3️⃣. Focusing on your tricep, bring the rope down. Arms should fully extend.
