What A Weekend ? Apologies for my radio silence on here, I’ve been hosting my first UK retreat at @brookscountryhouse ? I gave all my time and energy to an amazing group of women ?♀️ We set goals, trained hard, ate incredible food, hiked through the countryside, picnicked in the sunshine, had a girlie movie night and meditated. Not to mention we formed an awesome bond and cried with laughter multiple times ? I wish this could be my job every day, getting to spend time with incredible like minded people and make awesome memories ?? If you want to join me on a future retreat all my UK ones are sold out.
