My party trick ?? I used to be OBSESSED with handstands and headstands thanks to @mikeleept ? (Leave a comment if you followed me back when I was learning how to do them!) ?? Today I did a gym session based around lifting weights in trisets (3 exercises back to back) which was super sweaty ? I then finished off just playing around on the mat. I did headstands and handstands and took the opportunity to enjoy moving my body ?? Plus these two exercises really challenge my core and upper body, while feeling like I’m having fun! ??
