We challenged art consultant Marella Rossi Mosseri to present our upcoming London auctions, The Collector, in a new and exciting light. Here, she’s combined antique furniture from the sales with a 2015 painting by Cuban artist José Yaque.

‘For this theme, I decided to do a mood board, and I used the colour turquoise as a thread,’ she explains of her design – styled in collaboration with Galleria Continua.

‘It’s always nice to insert a bit of spirit into an interior. And why shouldn’t that spirit be 18th or 19th century?’
