Hands up who's felt insecure about their body today after either a night of alcohol and fast food, or seeing another girl with a banging bod on Instagram? 🙋🏼♀️
These two images were taken 10 minutes apart (enough time to put makeup on), but the second image is the version of my body you'd see on photoshoots etc. I know my body really looks like it does in the first, and so I could fall into the trap of comparing myself to other girls, but they're showing off their best angle too and are probably sat at home comparing themselves to someone else. So here's the thing: I'm learning to love and accept my body from all its angles and for all its flaws because whilst I love working out, I love food and alcohol and I don't want to beat myself up for enjoying it. Plus I'm sure I'll look back in a few years and wish I looked like I do now! ❤️ #noretouching
