Leg day!???

I’m currently training legs 2 x per week. I’ve learned that less is more when it comes to legs. I use to be the type to do heavier weight for less reps. But now my training has changed a lot. -

Less exercises for more reps controlled and getting the muscle mind connection is key. I get pumps like no other in my quads, glutes and hamstrings. Getting the blood to the isolated area has made all the difference. -

Smith machine sumo squats for 10 reps directly into close stance squats for 10 reps!?? This was more of a fast pace to pump the quads make sure you’re squeezing with the glutes from top to bottom.
