Today I started my warm up with a wide grip lat pull down palms faced in. I noticed I am already getting stronger my 4th week into training!?

I did 4 sets of 15 reps with this exercise and superset with a under hand low cable row. You can tell that I am not breaking my form to get “heavy” weight up but rather focusing on THE CONTROL of the movement and PAUSE and really squeezing at the bottom! -
